Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by the Honey Lake Valley Resource Conservation District (HLVRCD), 1516 Main Steet, Susanville, CA 96130. All sealed proposals must be received, and time recorded prior to 2:00 P.M., PST on May 15th, 2025, for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services for the construction of improvements designated as:  Johnstonville Dam Rehabilitation.
