Honey Lake Valley Resource Conservation District (HLVRCD) has been awarded a Good Neighborhood Authority Agreement with the Bureau of Land Management Eagle Lake Field Office to conduct a series of restoration projects on public lands!

HLVRCD was awarded $730,000 to implement habitat, watershed, and ecological restoration projects on public lands throughout Lassen County until 2029. These projects will focus on water developments, wetland delineation, post-fire recovery, wildfire resilience, and wildlife habitat improvements.
